This policy explains what information Mobile Makanika collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Mobile Makanika is a pre-launch service connecting motorists with on-demand mechanics in Uganda.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect the information you submit through our OpnForm-hosted form — typically your name, phone number, email address, and city. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We use Umami for anonymous, cookie-free analytics that count page views without identifying you.
How we use it
We use waitlist information solely to contact you about early access to Mobile Makanika and to plan our launch coverage. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We retain waitlist details until twelve months after our public launch, after which we delete records of anyone who has not become a customer. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us.
